Extinguisher and evacuation Training

We can provide on site evacuation system training and fire extinguisher training for your company.

Evacuation exercises are conducted at your site with our trainer acting as an independent observer.  A de-brief of proceedings and written documentation is provided at completion of the activities for your records and reference.  Depending on the size of the site, this can take up to one hour to complete.

Fire extinguisher training consists of up to an hour of theory via power point presentation, followed by use of water and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers for all participants.  A reasonable outside space is required for this part of the session.  Fire blankets and fire hose reels can also be demonstrated upon request.  You will need to allow one and a half hours for this training depending on the number of participants.

Evacuation system training covers key requirements of Australian Standards AS3745 such as planning, testing  and implementation of your system including the fire warden structure.  This session generally takes up to one hour and is delivered via a power point presentation.  It is best run as a discussion including existing components of your evacuation system.
