Fire HOSE REELS
Fire hose reels are suitable for A class (solid material) fires and can be installed in either residential or commercial settings such as offices, workshops, schools, car parks and factories. They should not be used on B (flammable liquids), E (electrical) or F (cooking fats and oil) class fires as water can intensify or spread these fires. Or even worse, cause harm to the operator and in some instances, could cause death. Fire hose reels are required in or around new buildings as prescribed by qualified building surveyors.
We can supply Lindsay Kline and Flamestop brand fire hose reels. Both come with either a 19mm or 25mm rubber hose of either 36 or 50 metres in length, hose reel drum, pipework and shut off tap, ready for a licensed plumber to install!
The inclusion of heavy duty parts with the FlameStop fire hose reel make it suitable for almost any application. Flamestop also have a stainless steel model for high corrosive installations such a residential units located near the beach and commercial applications such as corrosive environments and for marine use. Flamestop fire hose reels have a maximum working pressure of 1350Kpa.
Lindsay Kline fire hose reels are manufactured with reliability and repair in mind. They are also suitable for most residential and commercial applications and come with galvanised and brass parts.
